Description
Symbols of Ireland Silver Band Ring.
The Trinity Knot :
A simple but impressive design – one strand of sterling silver weaves in and out of itself with no beginning, no middle and no end. The ancient Trinity design can be seen in the Book of Kells which dates back to the 9th century. You can see this infamous book on display at Trinity College in Dublin.
The Four Leaf Clover:
Do you know the difference between the Shamrock and the Four leaf Clover? Well it is the extra leaf! The clover is extremely rare, in fact you only have a 1 in 10,000 chance of finding one. Each leaf is said to represent love, faith, hope and of course luck.
Here at Connemara Marble Jewelry we have been crafted Celtic Jewelry since 1945. Each piece tells a story, inspired by our rich culture and folklore we are proud of our heritage and history.
All our silver receives its hallmark at Dublin Castle in the Company of Goldsmiths.
