Many of our Celtic crosses and the famous book of Kells are adorned with Celtic Knot work. According to legend there are different meanings for Celtic knot work. One tells of the tangle of knots that symbolize life’s journey and the curved road we must take. The three cornered Trinity knot can symbolize the blessed trinity : The Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. Another legend tells that its symbolizes family: the father, the mother and the child. But for us our favorite meaning to be found in  Celtic knot work is eternity : the knots have no beginning, no middle and no end .
