Connemara Marble Marcasite Silver Drop Pendant

Our vintage style Connemara Marble with Marcasite gemstone is inspired by the jewelry worn by the Celtic Queens of Ireland. A tear drop shape of hallmarked sterling silver hosts a round, domed center of our national gemstone Connemara Marble.

This marble is very unique and rare found only in Connemara in the heart of the West of Ireland. This natural marble, estimated to be over 900 million years old, gets its range of green colour tones from the various natural elements only found in the limestone in this remote and rugged region on Irelands Atlantic Coast.

To add the glamour and enchantment of the Celtic Queen we have added 16 Marcasite gemstones perfectly highlighting the hallmarked Sterling Silver. The metallic, earthy hue of the marcasite sits perfectly with the theme of the piece.

Presented on an 18″ chain your pendant will be held within a hinged gift box and accompanied with a Certificate of Authenticity.

Our Sterling Silver receives it’s hallmark at the Irish Assay Office located at Dublin Castle.
