Irish Cream Coffee Serving Suggestion.
For a cafetiere or filter allow one rounded desert spoon of coffee per person.
Pour on freshly boiled water – around 250ml. Allow to stand for two to three minutes to bring out the special flavour.
To give the authentic taste stir in a spoonful of sugar and serve in an Irish Coffee glass with whipped cream on top.
