Connemara Marble is a third generation family run business that was founded 75 years ago in Ireland. Established in 1945 by my Grandfather the original aim of the company was to produce Rosary beads for the Irish and overseas market and we were based in a small workshop in Terenure Place, Dublin.
Although the focus of Connemara Marble continues to be the 900 million year old rare green stone quarried since 1820, we have expanded into other authentic Irish gifts and take immense pride in our Irish heritage and traditions. Inspired by the breath-taking landscape of Connemara the home of our marble quarry the Connemara Kitchen brings you the taste of Ireland.
For generations the inhabitants of the Connemara area have been famed for their crafts and local cookery. The Connemara Kitchen brings you a refreshing combination of fine quality black teas and coffees.
